4.   Submit

Completed paper forms are transmitted from multi-function devices or scanners. Electronic forms are sent at the touch of a button. Data is fully validated at the point of submission.  Images of the original documents accompany the data in transmission.

5.   Process

Using advanced intelligent recognition technologies, Fusion reads and processes the information contained in the forms – automatically recognising handwritten and machine characters, tables, barcodes, tickboxes, company logos etc.

6.   Transfer

The final dataset is presented in a recognisable, easy-to-read grid format for sanity-checking prior to transfer.  You can filter and re-order the headings and then transfer the data into the central SQL database – held internally or remotely.

Formic Fusion includes a library of design objects that make it  easy to create professional looking surveys.  If you already have a form in circulation, you can simply scan it in and copy the image of the form.

2.   Form Deployment

The same form can be deployed in any format, anywhere in the world. Design the form once and print it onto paper;  publish it on the web; or deploy it to any number of tablet PCs or handheld devices.

3.   Form Completion

Tablet PC forms can be completed by using a real or simulated keyboard or with a stylus – our software can accurately read handwriting. Electronic forms can be pre-populated with user data for access at the front-line.
